Chime returns are always free.

Question 4

What is Chime's 30-night product trial?

Accepted Answer

We give you 30 nights to make sure your items are working for you. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team via chat, email, or phone and we'll take care of the return.

Question 5

Does Affirm perform a credit check?

Accepted Answer

Affirm runs a soft credit check when you create your account to verify your identity and check eligibility. Soft checks don't affect your credit score.

Question 6

How does Affirm work?

Accepted Answer

At checkout, select Affirm as your payment method. Fill in the required information and you'll get your loan terms right away. Monthly reminders keep you on track, and autopay is available if you want it. Your first payment is due 30 days after we finish processing your order.

What is Affirm?

Accepted Answer

Affirm is a financing option that lets you buy now and pay over time, with fixed monthly installments across 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months. A down payment may be required.
